Here's my quick guide on how to learn Pranic Healing effectively and efficiently.
Classes
Taking the Pranic Healing Level 1 class from a certified instructor is by far the most effective way to learn. This weekend-long, hands-on workshop balances theory and practice, giving students enough confidence to start practicing on their own.You likely won't need to travel far, as the class is currently taught in more than 100 countries. Just ensure your instructor is affiliated with the Institute for Inner Studies Inc..
For classes on the West Coast and Midwest, check the schedule at pranichealing.com.
Introdutory Workshops
If you’re unsure about committing to the Level 1 class, you can attend a 2-hour introductory workshop. These intros explain the basic principles and share some techniques, giving you a solid preview of the full class experience. Many instructors offer intros for free or for a symbolic fee. I have been teaching intros for several years—check the Upcoming Events page for my schedule, or contact me if you'd like me to teach a free intro for you and your group.
Books
These two books offer tremendous value to new students. They provide convenient ways to learn from scratch or deepen your understanding at your own pace. Both are widely available in print and digital formats:
Your Hands Can Heal You
Master Stephen Co & Eric Robins, M.D. Written by Master Pranic Healer Stephen Co and urologist Eric Robins, this book offers a step-by-step approach to incorporating Pranic Healing techniques into daily life to increase energy and improve physical and emotional health.

Miracles Through Pranic Healing The official textbook for the Level 1 class, written by the founder of Pranic Healing himself. It's a very comprehensive guide to energy healing, worthy multiple readings.

Practice
A pedestrian on 57th Street asks a musician getting out of a cab, “How do you get to Carnegie Hall?” The artist replied wearily, “Practice.”
Knowing something isn’t enough. If you can’t recall what you know when it matters, that knowledge has little value. Proficiency in Pranic Healing—as in most skills—comes only through practice.
Many Pranic Healing communities worldwide host healing clinics where graduates volunteer to practice on members of the local community.
